We combine Osteopathy and Physical Therapy to deliver effective, results-driven treatment tailored to each client.
Our approach focuses on hands-on treatment, supported by detailed home-care advice and targeted exercises, helping you build a stronger, more resilient body for long-term recovery.
We also have an excellent referral system to specialist intervention for those who may require a surgical approach.

James has a lifelong passion for sport and helping people move and live pain-free. He is currently Head of Medical at Sligo Rovers FC (Airtricity League) and previously worked as a Sports Therapist with the Australian Men’s Rugby Team (Wallabies) in 2022. James applies elite-level care to help every client move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they love.

Stuart is a dedicated osteopath with a strong passion for treating injuries, specialising in lumbar spine conditions. He has worked alongside James in the clinic for several years, delivering hands-on, results-focused care to help clients reduce pain, restore movement, and return to everyday life with confidence.
